We’re Jesús Renedo and Pedro Martínez, co-founders of Sailing Energy.
We started out shooting regattas side by side, and somewhere between a drone take-off and a medal race, we decided to team up.
Since then, we’ve built one of the most recognized media teams in the sailing world — and we’re just getting started.
Different instincts, same drive
Jesús is deeply rooted in the sailing world. He knows the classes, the sailors, the stories — and he connects naturally with people. He’s the guy you want next to you on the RIB when things get tricky.
Pedro is always thinking in workflows, formats, and creative direction. He’s the one obsessing over how to make a better daily video, streamline the delivery, or rethink the way sailing connects with a wider audience.
Jesús keeps it real. Pedro keeps it moving.
And we both believe in showing up, working hard, and creating something better each season.
From photos to full coverage
We started with photography — and we’re still proud to be specialists in event coverage. But over time, we’ve expanded into full video production, social content and class communication.
We now have a small in-house team of editors and a growing network of trusted freelancers. We’ve covered everything from the Olympic Games, The Ocean Race and America’s Cup, to national championships and brand shoots.
